There is a new program being unveiled in our community – “Bike Buddies” creates opportunities for youth and law enforcement to build positive relationships through bicycle repair and mentorship. Join Lakeland Vision Board Member, Rick Maxey, and his guests Chief Rick Holland (FL Polytechnic University Police), Captain Steve Horstman (Polk County Sheriff’s Office) and Sergeant Jasper Yzaguirre (Lakeland Police Department/Police Athletic League) as they discuss the inspiration behind this initiative and the positive impacts it is already having in the Lakeland community and beyond!
